1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 777ad7. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 777ad7 ("777ad7", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") and govern all use of the 777ad7 website accessible at 777ad7.asia, together with all associated services, products, features, content, applications, and functionality made available through or in connection with the platform.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 777ad7 platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the 777ad7 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 777ad7's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms and Conditions, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game only.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering a 777ad7 Account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age as at the date of registration;
2. You are legally permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
3. You are registering solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 777ad7 or any of its content or software suppliers;
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from 777ad7 or had a 777ad7 Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

777ad7 verifies player age using CNIC data submitted at registration. The verification process is conducted digitally and is a prerequisite to Account activation. 777ad7 reserves the right to request additional documentation confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period shall entitle 777ad7 to suspend or close the Account.

Any Account found, at any time, to have been registered by or operated by a person under the age of 21 shall be closed immediately. Any funds in such Account shall be returned to the payment method from which they were deposited. No winnings generated by an under-age Account shall be paid out.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the 777ad7 platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 777ad7 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 777ad7 may, at its sole discretion, close all associated Accounts, void all pending and historical bets placed from those Accounts, and withhold any funds in excess of the original deposit amount pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and must maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your Account. You must notify 777ad7 promptly in the event that any registered information changes, including your mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds where fraud is identified.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during authentication. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 777ad7 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 777ad7 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

777ad7 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a condition of its gaming licence. You consent to 777ad7 verifying your identity, age, and, where required, the source of funds deposited to your Account. Verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. 777ad7 may, at its discretion, limit Account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

5 Deposits & Payments

All Account balances at 777ad7 are maintained exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits from Pakistani payment methods. The following payment channels are currently accepted for deposits:

• JazzCash — processed in real time, typically credited within 30 seconds
• EasyPaisa — processed in real time, typically credited within 30 seconds
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank — via IBFT bank transfer, typically credited within 15–30 minutes
• Raast — Pakistan's SBP interbank payment system, near-instant
• Visa / Mastercard — subject to card issuer processing times

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 (one hundred Rupees). 777ad7 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 777ad7 accepts no responsibility. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned upon detection.

6 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed;
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200 (two hundred Rupees);
3. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method in your own verified name;
4. Any applicable Bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be included in a withdrawal;
5. 777ad7 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

777ad7 targets processing of withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) banking business day. These timeframes are targets only; 777ad7 does not guarantee processing within these periods in all circumstances.

777ad7 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your receiving payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside 777ad7's control and for which 777ad7 accepts no liability.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777ad7 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback arrangements, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all 777ad7 bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance separately from your real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by promotion and are stated in full in the specific promotion terms presented at the point of opt-in;
• 777ad7 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer prior to a player claiming it, or to void bonus funds where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of system errors is detected;
• A player may only hold one active bonus at a time unless specific promotion terms explicitly permit multiple concurrent bonuses;
• Bonus offers are personal to the eligible player account and may not be transferred;
• 777ad7 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 777ad7 platform are subject to the specific sport and market rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. 777ad7 reserves the right to void bets where: (a) odds were published in error; (b) the event to which the bet relates was cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market settled; (c) the result was determined to have been subject to match-fixing or corrupt conduct. 777ad7's decision on the settlement of any bet is final subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 15.

8.2 Casino Games

Live casino and slot machine games available on 777ad7 are provided by licenced third-party studios. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Random number generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment operated by trained human dealers in regulated studio environments. The outcome of all games is determined by the gaming system or physical dealing process and cannot be influenced by 777ad7 or any player.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on 777ad7. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. 777ad7 reserves the right to apply individual player stake limits at any time at its reasonable discretion, including for risk management purposes, without being required to provide specific reasons.

8.4 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is only accepted and binding when 777ad7's system confirms it with a unique bet reference number. Bets shall not be deemed accepted on the basis of a player's action alone. If a technical fault prevents confirmation being issued, the bet will be treated as void and any funds deducted from the Account Balance will be reinstated.

9 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that in connection with your use of the 777ad7 platform you will not engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person in circumventing the single Account restriction;
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information at any stage of your relationship with 777ad7;
• Using any automated bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or mechanical device to place bets, spin slots, or otherwise interact with 777ad7 games without prior written consent from 777ad7;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in the platform or any game — any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error are void;
• Using the 777ad7 platform for money laundering, financing of any unlawful activity, or any other activity contrary to applicable law;
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions processed by 777ad7 without first engaging 777ad7's dispute resolution process;
• Attempting to gain access to another player's Account, or to any back-end system of 777ad7, by any means including social engineering, phishing, or technical intrusion;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, or reverse withdrawal abuse of bonus offers.

777ad7 actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated risk management systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 777ad7 may take immediate action including Account suspension, balance hold, and permanent Account closure.

10 Suspension, Closure & Termination

10.1 Suspension by 777ad7

777ad7 may suspend your Account — temporarily restricting access to some or all platform features while an investigation is conducted — where there is reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, where Account security is at risk, or where regulatory obligations require it. During a suspension, access to funds may be restricted pending completion of the investigation. 777ad7 shall endeavour to resolve all suspension investigations within 30 days of the suspension being imposed.

10.2 Termination by 777ad7

777ad7 may close your Account and terminate this Agreement in the following circumstances: (a) material breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) provision of false information at registration or subsequently; (c) Account activity consistent with money laundering or fraud; (d) a court order or regulatory direction requiring closure; or (e) if 777ad7 ceases to hold a valid gaming licence permitting it to offer services in your jurisdiction.

Where Account closure results from breach of these Terms, 777ad7 may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, withhold the Account Balance pending investigation and, where losses caused by the breach are quantified, apply those losses against the Account Balance before returning any remaining funds.

10.3 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request voluntary closure of your 777ad7 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, your remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to any pending withdrawal verification requirements. Self-exclusion requests are processed under the Responsible Gaming Policy and may be irrevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777ad7 platform — including but not limited to the 777ad7 name, logo, visual identity, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and compilations — is protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licenced to 777ad7. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 777ad7 intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any intellectual property obtained from or through the 777ad7 platform without the express prior written consent of 777ad7.

12 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ad7 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the platform and its services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

777ad7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 777ad7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall 777ad7's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 777ad7 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777ad7 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, or failure of a third-party payment provider or telecommunications network.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

777ad7 collects, processes, and stores personal data about Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By creating a 777ad7 Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777ad7 will use your personal data for the following primary purposes: Account management, identity and age verification, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and, with your consent, marketing communications. 777ad7 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party processors only where necessary to deliver platform services and subject to data processing agreements.

14 Responsible Gaming

777ad7 is committed to the highest standards of responsible gaming and player welfare. The following tools are available to every registered 777ad7 Account holder at no charge and accessible from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps, effective immediately upon setting and subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before any upward revision takes effect;
• Session Time Limits: User-defined gaming session limits with an automatic 30-minute reality-check reminder displaying net session result;
• Loss Limits: Alerts that pause Account access when a defined negative financial threshold within a session or period is reached;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary self-imposed breaks of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which the Account remains open but betting and gaming access is suspended;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the 777ad7 platform, irrevocable for the duration selected, with remaining real-money Balance returned upon request.

777ad7 reminds all players that gaming is entertainment only. 15 Disputes, Complaints & Governing Law

15.1 Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the first instance, any complaint or dispute relating to your 777ad7 Account, any bet or game result, a payment, or any other aspect of the platform services should be submitted to 777ad7 support via the live chat function or by email to [email protected]. 777ad7 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt and aims to resolve all complaints within 14 days. Complex disputes requiring external evidence or third-party information may take up to 30 days to resolve.

15.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of 777ad7's internal complaint process, you may escalate the complaint to the dispute resolution body designated by 777ad7's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation route are provided in the licence information section of the platform.

15.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ad7 holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

16 Amendments to These Terms

777ad7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — being changes that affect Users' substantive rights or obligations — will be communicated by: (a) a prominent notice on the 777ad7 platform homepage; and/or (b) a notification via the registered email address or mobile number on your Account, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 777ad7 platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.3. Amended Terms will be dated and the revised effective date will be stated at the top of this document.
